Answers to the questions we get the most.

When will my order ship?

Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then it ships straight to you. Around holidays and new drops it can take a little longer, and we’ll post a note at the top of the site when that happens.

Why is everything made to order?

It keeps us from printing piles of shirts nobody buys. Your piece gets made when you order it, which means less waste and more room for us to try new designs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders of $100 or more. Below that, shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange something?

If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund it. Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. The full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do the clothes fit?

The Marsh Hoodie, tees and long sleeve all run relaxed. Most people take their usual size. Our Size Guide has measurements for every size.

Will my camo hoodie look exactly like the photo?

Close, but not exactly. Camo is cut from a repeating pattern, so where the leaves and branches land changes a bit from hoodie to hoodie. No two are quite the same.

How should I wash it?

• Hoodies, tees and long sleeves: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Don’t iron over the prints.
• Trucker and rope hat: spot clean only.
• Bay Watch Cap: hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
• Camp mug: hand wash only. Keep it off the stove and out of the microwave and dishwasher.

What does 7th & Bay mean?

St. Mary’s County has a 7th District, and the house our founder grew up in was number 43, which adds up to seven. The Bay is the Chesapeake. There’s more on our Story page.
