Shipping
Every 7th & Bay piece is made to order, then shipped straight to you.
How long it takes
Your order is made for you after you place it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery within the United States usually takes another 3–5 business days.
So most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. Around holidays and new drops, production can run longer; we’ll say so at the top of the site when it does.
What it costs
- Orders of $100 or more ship free.
- Orders under $100 shipping is calculated at checkout (usually $4-$9).
- Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. That includes all 50 states, PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses can take a few extra days to arrive.
Tracking your order
You’ll get a receipt by email as soon as you order. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you checked out while signed in, your order and its tracking link also appear under your account.
Orders with more than one item
Items are made at the facility best suited to each product, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You are only charged shipping once.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn’t collected, we’ll get in touch to arrange sending it again. If the address entered at checkout was wrong, the cost of sending it again is on you. Spotted a mistake right after ordering? Email support@shop7thbay.com straight away; we can usually fix it before production starts.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you don’t have it, or it hasn’t moved in a while, email support@shop7thbay.com with your order number. Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can put it right.
