The terms that apply when you use this site or buy from us.

Effective October 13, 2026. This site is operated by 7th & Bay, based in California, Maryland. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and, if you choose a pay-later option, by that provider under its own terms.

Made-to-order products

Our products are printed or embroidered to order by a production partner. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in person, and print placement and garment measurements can vary a little from piece to piece. These small variations are normal and are not defects.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges pages are part of these terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

Reviews

Reviews are open to customers who bought the product. By submitting one, you allow us to display it on the site and in our marketing, shown with your first name and last initial. Reviews must be your own honest opinion. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or contain personal information or advertising, but we don’t remove reviews simply for being negative.

Our content

The 7th & Bay name, logo, flag mark, camo pattern, photographs and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or place fraudulent orders.

Disclaimers and limits

We provide the site and our products “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
