What we collect when you use this site, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
Account details, if you create an account: your name, email and a password. The password is stored in a scrambled form we can’t read.
Reviews you write: the text, your rating, and the town you choose to share. Reviews are shown with your first name and last initial.
Your email address, if you sign up for our emails.
Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, kept in server logs.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor.

How we use it

To take payment, make your order and deliver it.
To answer your questions and deal with problems with an order.
To send you marketing emails, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To calculate and report sales tax, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each needs:

Stripe — processes payments and calculates sales tax. If you pay with Klarna or another pay-later service, that provider receives your details too.
Printful — prints and ships your order, so it receives your name, shipping address and order contents.
Shipping carriers — deliver your package.
Vercel and Neon — host the website and its database.
Resend — sends account emails such as password resets.
If you sign up for our newsletter, Resend sends that too, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and similar storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and your browser’s local storage to remember what’s in your bag. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically 7 years. We keep account details until you ask us to delete your account, and newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@shop7thbay.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We’ll honor them; just ask.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
